Processing Orders
Luisa sprl reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s banking information. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Luisa.be reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
It is at the sole discretion of Luisa sprl to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.

Final Customers
Luisa sprl has created and published the web site Luisa.be with the mission to offer a service exclusively for its own Clients.
The products on sale on the web site Luisa.be are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, Luisa sprl intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at Luisa.be.
Therefore, Luisa sprl invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with Luisa.be nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale.
In regard to the commercial policy described above, Luisa sprl reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies.

Client Requirements
To place orders at Luisa.be Clients must:
- Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
- Have a valid POP e-mail address.
- Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or a Verified Paypal Account or a bank account

Declination of Responsibility
Luisa sprl publishes information on its web site Luisa.be to provide a service to Users, but declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors.  Once brought to attention, Luisa sprl will execute immediate correction.
Luisa sprl also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the web site when necessary without giving prior notice.

Site Policy

Products and Images On Line
Luisa.be declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on LUISA.BE belong to LUISA sprl and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of LUISA sprl is forbidden.
It is possible that Designers make changes during the production phase and/or decide not to produce an item.
In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item will not arrive from the Designer, LUISA.BE will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

Product Availability
Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of Luisa sprl including warehouses and stores.
Once the order is processed by the Orders Department Luisa.be reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with Luisa.be Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
